Cheery Woolly Spring Reunion @ Sunway Pyramid

Gongxi Gongxi♥ I know it's a little bit too early but Chinese New Year is around the corner. Not just a big celebration for all of the Chinese but the thing that will make everyone happy is....HOLIDAY! YEA!! All of us can off for a week I guess but some of you just can take few days leave only. It's okay because you can read my blog and feel it now! AHAHAHAHA told you that I planned to bring my mother shopping around and grab some CNY snacks right?! I went there last week and joined one of their event with my mummy. 

I guess with the Lunar New Year celebrations drawing closer, all of us will certainly not miss the cheerful concourse of Sunway Pyramid which has been decorated with many colourful sheep and strings of multi-coloured yarn that create texture, abundance and warmth. It's a photo worthy place for you to take photo! Love the colourful sheep at Sunway Pyramid so I went there to snap some selfies before the event start and after that just shopping with my mom and called the Porter boy for the help! MUAHAHAHA I'm totally broke after that! lol

So pretty and colourful right?! Remember I told you that you can redeem the free sheep pet pillow too? Can't resist things like that! lol 

This celebration was something like a reunion dinner celebration for the 50 residents of House Of Joy which was graced by YB Elizabeth Wong, Consumer Affairs Committee Chairman, YB Hannah Yeoh, Speaker for Selangor State Assembly & ADUN Subang Jaya, YBhg Tan Sri Dr. Jeffrey Cheah, Founder and Chairman of Sunway Group, and YBhg Dato’ Ngeow Voon Yean, Managing Director of Property Investment Division, Sunway Group.

There were 20 senior citizens and 30 children from House Of Joy were treated to a majestic lion dance performance and an entertaining ‘bubble show’ during the reunion event. Sunway Pyramid gave them goodie bags and ‘ang pows’ in line with Lunar New Year’s true spirits of sharing and togetherness.

After that, residents from House Of Joy indulged in a scrumptious reunion dinner and invited to take part in the tossing of the traditional ‘lou sang’ with Sunway Pyramid to welcome the Lunar New Year together.
